Nate and Tim were extremely helpful; They thoroughly inspected and found a small leak in an area of the roof after the most recent storms. In no time they found the problem and had it resolved. They were super nice and respectful going above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

Called Abernathy for a service call after noticing leaks following several recent storms. We weren’t sure if the damage was storm-related or simply due to the age of our roof. Chris Martinez came out, thoroughly inspected our attic, the interior areas where we were seeing water intrusion, and the roof itself.

Chris was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciated that he understood we were hoping the damage was storm-related and might qualify for an insurance claim. He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him or dismissed our concerns. Instead, he took the time to explain the claims process, answered all of our questions, and even plans to meet with our insurance adjuster during their inspection. That level of service and support gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We highly recommend Chris and Abernathy.
